PROCESSING ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Requires minimum 7 years work experience in base metal processing plant, preferably experience in Mining Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions & new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate & assemble products that meet the organizations standards of quality & cost.
- Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings & other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, & prepares operation sheets.
- Analyze existing production processes & develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, & wastage. increase yields & productivity. & improve the quality & consistency of final products.
- Coach & mentor less experienced engineers. check the quality of their work, & help them resolve problems.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Requires minimum 7 years work experience in design, construction & operation of mechanical equipment in a processing plant, preferably experience in Mining Company.
Responsibilities:
- Setting, maintaining & auditing plant equipment as per engineering standards
- Minimize the consequences & cost of failures & maximize productivity
- Contact the vendor/supplier for standard equipment unit that will be bought as capital asset
- Identify & make analysis of performance equipment as per plant costing

EQUIPMENT CONTROL ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
- Requires minimum 7 years work experience in design, construction & operation of equipment control, instrumentation in a processing plant, preferably experience in Mining Company.
Responsibilities:

PURCHASING ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Requires minimum 7 years work experience in design, construction & operation of equipment control, instrumentation in a processing plant, preferably experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) Company.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the purchasing process is conducted according to companys standard procedure, meet the requirement of price & delivery aspects & to ensure the availability of goods/ or services required by the company.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering.
- Requires minimum 2 years work experience in mine plan, preferably experience in Mining Company.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate & analyze project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilizing companys standard systems in order to ensure data reliability.
- Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations (utilizing SURPAC/DATAMINE mine planning software).
- Review client plans & requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works & the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system & understood & implemented.
- Collect data related to subcontractor performance in order to prepare summary reports required for the project.
- Support & cooperate with site survey team in order to analyze progress surveys & haul profile surveys.
- Identify hazards & risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel & the environment.

CIVIL ENGINEER (Tailings & Dams)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong understanding of all facets of water dam design and an understanding of tailings management.
- Requires 7-8 years work experiences with minimum of 2-3 years experience in tailings dams, stability & seepage analyses, water storage dams & earthworks. Knowledge of the relevant related software together with good project management skills.
- Have a good knowledge of Dam Design procedures (ANCOLD or ICOLD Guidelines) and a high level of expertise with geotechnical analysis software packages.
Responsibilities:
- Managing dam design analyses, including slope stability, seepage, water balance, surface water and groundwater
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, & other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
- Plan & design transportation or hydraulic systems & structures, following construction & government standards, using design software & drawing tools.
- Compute load & grade requirements, water flow rates, & material stress factors to determine design specifications.
- Carrying out the design of tailings and water dams, from conceptual through detailed design stages
- Managing and co-ordinating project teams, including the technical quality of deliverables
- Managing site investigations and preparing technical reports
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications & safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, & maintenance activities at project site.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations & establish reference points, grades, & elevations to guide construction.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualification or Tertiary qualification in construction management an advantage.
- Requires 7 to 15 years in Construction Manager with extensive site supervision experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the site activities for J Resources scope of work for the assigned project.
- Ensure that the site works by the sub-contractors are being undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance with the budget & schedule for the work & manage & co-ordinate interfaces between various contractors, Client & other contractors engaged to work under direction of Client.
- Manage various construction contractors engaged to perform the respective scope of works ensuring quality requirements are achieved & that the Works are being carried out in accordance with the specified drawings & specifications.
- Manage & co-ordinate day to day activities of the Discipline Construction Supervisors & any other site based support staff assigned to the Project.
- Manage various construction contractors engaged to perform the respective scope of works ensuring schedule requirements are achieved.
- Ensure that the Works are being carried out in accordance with Clients obligations in relation to any mining license & environmental permits.
- Manage & oversee the site OH&S requirements to ensure that contractors comply with the Project Health, Safety & Environment Plan aiming at zero LTIFR.
- Liaise with the Client as required to ensure the Clients site requirements are being met & that the Companys contractual obligations with respect to site works & construction activities are being met.
- Responsible for carrying out safe work practices in compliance with all applicable Workplace Health & Safety laws, regulations, standards & codes of practice.
- Ensure that the site works contracts between the Client & subcontractors are being properly administered & that you carry out Superintendents duties as stipulated & as delegated from time to time in any subcontracts.
- Update site construction activities on project schedule at agreed frequency.
- Provide reports to J Resources Project Manager in accordance with the reporting frequency agreed at the commencement of the project & ensure that site based files & records (daily diaries, minutes of meetings, etc.) are recorded & maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with relevant sections of the Head Contract as directed by the Project Manager.
- In addition to the duties set out above, you are expected to perform such other duties as may from time-to-time be assigned to you by the Company



PROJECT CONTROLS LEAD
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience within project controls with exposure to major projects, ideally with a previous track record within EPCM companies and ideally client side exposure.
- High level of proficiency in planning, cost management and project control methods
- A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally from an engineering discipline or from project management.
- Management and leadership experiences, including direct line supervision.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations of the project controls function on the project
- Set up and maintain the project specific control systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and reporting.
- Ensure project cost and forecasts executed in accordance with the head contract.
- Establishing project specific work breakdown structures and cost codes for direct and indirect cost elements.
- Preparation of project cash flows.
- Preparation of project monthly / periodic reports.
- Preparation of conceptual and control estimates.
- Transfer of cost estimate to the cost system and set up of project control budgets.
- Set up and maintenance of trend analysis and scope change control.
- Project planning / scheduling.
- Project progress and productivity monitoring and reporting.
- Project cost control and forecasting.
- Proactively communicate and contribute towards a team environment.
