HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities, including recruitment, payroll, HRIS
Ensure all HR operational activities are in line with government regulation and company regulation
Counsel employees and management related to personnel, disciplinary and welfare
Build strong relationship with employees and labor union
Build frequent and systematic communication with all personnel in the plant.
Build relationship with department of manpower, industrial estate and companies in the area.
Manage employee database and documentation standards.
Develop subordinates in HR area.
Coordinate company HR activities, improvement and initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum S1 from Legal, Psychology, Management and/or other relevant majors
Min. has 5 years experience in HR.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and work in a team
Computer literate, fast learned, and hard working.
