Qualification & Experience:

• Having 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding in Electrical Panel, Power House, and Elevator / Lift System
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Captain & coordinate Engineering Property's team
• Building and facility check non another revaluation operational of mekanikal's facet & electrical
• Doing regular maintenance bases tech viewpoint on building and facility non another revaluation operational
• Scheduling maintenance's performing to physical all kelistrikan building's tool and facility non another revaluation operational
• Get coordination with side procurement to acquisition service and also significant required just for fixs or performing even maintenance
• Can do estimation count to talk shop one will be done so can estimate bigger cost which shall be made ready
• Get coordination with superior for all decision which will take to get bearing with all repair which will be done to physical / structural building
