REQUIREMENTS:
• Education S1 S-1 Architecture and Business Management
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the field of Property, Building Management and City Planning
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
• Women
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication
• Have a strong personality, honest, communicative, responsible, able to work with a team and are ready to work with the target
• Ability to select and analyzing the feasibility of a location based on market
• Able to negotiate to offer a location
• Active in English (oral and written)
• Able to propose and monitioring monthly and annual budget of the company.
• Socialization and control the execution of the procedure
• Ensuring and checking Contract and MOU with the landlord / property in accordance with the agreement.
• Able to analyze the profitability of a location
• Able to operate Microsoft Office applications
