1. Asst Procurement Mgr – Raw Material & Packaging (Job Number: 13000AXZ)
Responsibilities:
• Plan, purchase, and schedule delivery of all packaging and raw materials. Revise these orders as necessary based on production schedules.
• Create delivery schedules based on packaging material releases. Distribute these schedules as well as revisions to the appropriate department supervisors and operators.
• Manage inventory control of raw materials. Organize monthly and yearly physical counts with the Accounting department. Analyze inventory variances and implement preventative solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a management related field.
• 2+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging operations; regulated industry experience preferred.
• SAP; or related ERP system and Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.
2. Asst Cluster Chemicals Manager – Procurement (Job Number: 13000B70)
Responsibilities:
• Business partner the cluster on behalf of the Chemicals Procurement team
• Be end-to-end responsible for procurement of cluster materials
• Lead the procurement organization to meet cluster goals and objectives in support to the overall Unilever strategy
• Responsible for the facilitation and execution of the Cluster and Chemical Network Portfolio Strategies in the cluster
• Accountable for Business development for the cluster – identify local sourcing options, translate cluster requirements/challenges/constraints to the portfolios and CCM’s
• Execute the global material strategy from a cluster point-of-view and achieve the Chemicals Sustainability targets for the cluster
• Supplier Relationship Management focused on service, quality, logistics and delivery for all chemicals with major focus on Project CHIC suppliers /materials and cluster chemicals /suppliers.
• Support with strategic inputs to develop a Chemicals Logistics Strategy for the cluster to leverage warehousing, packaging, transport and last mile logistics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement qualifications
• Strong Operational Skills ( preferred candidates are those with strong Supply Planning or Manufacturing or Procurement Operations Background)
• Strong in managing alliances and very adept in managing relationships and negotiation.
• Strong Project management and execution skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong IT skills, adept in handling and managing reports. Strong in excel, PowerPoint, word etc
