Food Court Officer

Requirements:
• Men,
• Age min 22 years
• Education min D3 hospitality / tourism
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the restaurant, food court and a hotel
• Strong Customer Service orientation, detail, friendly and have good leadership
Casual Leasing Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
• Prepare memos, letters, and letter initial lease agreement
• Schedule a meeting with tenants
• Archiving and organize documents
• Set the number of memos, letters and lease agreements
• Create a casual rental lease agreement
• Perform the tasks given by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum D3 all the majors
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office
• Have good communication
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as casual leasing officer
• Strong negotiation skills and good marketing
