Responsibilities:
To eversee the engineering departement operations including maintenance of mechanical and electrical system, building works and installations, renovations or improvement projects coordination, implelamtation of a comprehensive preventative maintenance programme and maintenance of fire safety programmes
Requirements:
- Have extensive experience as pre-opening team at the hotel or apartement, especially in terms of the handcover of the project from the contractor to the owner respresentative or operator
- Having minimum 10 years work experience in similar capacity preferably in hotel environment
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering of facility manangement
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be able to speak, Read and understand English
