OIL AND GAS PROJECT LOGISTICS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (OGBDM) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Age Min 27th years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 any major
- Strong leadership skill
- Honest, discipline, highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and good adaptability
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure and strict deadline individually or in a team
- Good attitude, self motivated
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Based in Jakarta
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of PTK 007 and other Migas requirements.
- Supporting business developments activities by developing relationships with potential clients and vendors.
- Must have a good track record in sourcing and winning project opportunities, both offshore and onshore.
- Understand HSE requirements of O&G companies.
- Proven experience with the timely preparation of proposals, tender bids and quotes.
- Ensure all activities in the scope of work have been priced in accordance with company standard.
- Attend pre-bid clarifications with both vendors and users and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain an approved vendors list.
- Attend pre award and kick off meetings.
- Develop proposal development practices and disciplines.
- Analyzing pricing positions and managing budgets.
- Contribute to marketing plans and strategies.
- Receive and analyze : Enquiries / RFQ / RFO / Tenders.
- Develop all necessary procedures and process to ensure that submitted proposal will get immediate feed backs.
- Conduct site surveys and project management when necessary.
- Prepare monthly business reports and make necessary evaluations
