POLICY SPECIALIST  - (Ext-229/PGPA/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/PGPA/2012)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having experiences and good net-working/relations with key person of oil and gas in GOI.
  • Familiar with Oil & Gas Regulation and Policy in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor Degree S1 or  (S2/Master degree will be an advantage). In Discipline : All Engineering , Law,Communication, Social and Politic Science min GPA : 2.75
  • Good communication skill.
  • Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
  • Fluent both in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
  • Desiring to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
  • Strong in seeking learning activities.
  • Able to establish effection relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds
  • Minimum Relevant Experience : 4 year

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST - (Ext-230/PGPA/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/PGPA/2012)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Broad knowledge on development organizations and has strong network with Indonesian practitioners in social investment projects.
  • Job scope:Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
  • Minimum education: S1(S2/Master degree wil be an advantage).
  • In Discipline : All Engineering , Law,Communication, Social and Politic Science min GPA : 2.75
  • Project management skill, particularly with community project.
  • Manage social investment project, from incepation to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Social mapping.
  • Fostering good relationships with host communities, Government authorities and other formal/non-formal leaders, keeping the lines of communication and trust open with a variety of stakeholders groups.
  • Maintaining all above within the Chevron Code of Conduct, SOX, FCPA requirements, and OE-HES compliance.

HES ENGINEER - ENVIRONMENT  - (Ext-204/HES/EXP/CICO/HES/2012)
Qualification & Experience:
  • Has minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Company.
  • Technical proficiency in one or several aspects of the following processes; Incident Investigation, Behavior Based Safety, Contractor HES Management, Motor Vehicle Safety, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Practice, and Food Hygiene or Occupational Hygiene.
  • Has skills in OE/HES Operation.
  • Minimum Degree S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage).
  • Discipline : Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Safety & Health Engineering , Safety & Occupational Health Minimum GPA : 2.75
  • Good comprehension and understanding of relevant health, environmental, and safety regulations or standard.
  • Strong in foresting collaboration, teamwork, and coordinate implementation with operations.
  • Customer focus and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
  • Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
  • Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.

  • Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
  • Minimum Degree S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage).
  • Discipline : Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety & Health Engineering, Safety & Occupational Health Minimum GPA : 2.75
  • Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
