Keterangan	:	URGENTLY REQUIRED We are fast growing international standard company specialized in producing preserved food, seeking for high potential candidate to join our team as: 1. MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (MR) • Male / Female, max. 35 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technlogy, Industarial Management or Fishery from reputable university with GPA 3.00. • Deep knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP. • Familiar with international standards and procedures such as BRC, IFS, review and conduct SOP, etc. • Experienced as team leader for ISO certification or Qualified as Lead Auditor is a strong point. • Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. • Possess strong leadership, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization. • English and computer proficiency. • Computer literate, proficient in work processing, spread sheet, Visio, and chart application. • Have Internal Audit certificate and Six Sigma training will be a plus. • Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated, fast learner and well-organized person. • Able to establish effective relationships in a multi-cultural environment and attention to detail person. 2. AGRONOMIST (AGR) • Male / Female, max. 35 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (Department of Plant Protection /Plant Pests and Diseases or Plant Breeding / Seed Technology) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00. • Good attitude, honest, hard worker, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work base on target. • Strong leadership, expert in field job and deep knowledge about chili peppers / paprica with field experience min. 2 years • Strong background in breeding techniques, especially in chili peppers / paprika. • Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases. • Capable to develop, manage, evaluate a farm system and R & D. • Know well about farming circle of process (from seeding to post-harvesting) and fertilizer formulation. • Fluent in English would be advantageous 3. WAREHOUSE FINISH GOODS (FG) • Male, max. 35 years old. • Min. D3 in Electrical or Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00. • Good Attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible and analytical skill. • Experienced to handle finish product process such as warehousing, labelling, coding, packaging, palletizing to container shipping. • Know well about pallet and container configuration and shipping procedure. • Able to maintenance, setting and trouble shooting machinery such as inkjet machine, labelling machine, shrinking machine and others related to finish goods activity. • Understand about ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP. • Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry would be advantageous. • English and computer proficiency. • Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work, no color blind. 4. HR Staff (HR) • Male / Female, max. 35 years old. • Bachelor degree in Industrial Law or Psychology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00. • Good Attitude, problem solver, responsible, able to work under pressure, good analytical skills and team work. • Min. 2 years extensive experience in all areas of HRM (database admin, recruitment, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, etc.). • Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills. • English and computer proficiency. 5. ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE (ENG) • Male, max. 35 years old. • Min. D3 in Electrical or Mechatronics from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00. • Good Attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible and analytical skill. • Skillful in maintenance and trouble shooting electrical and utility problem with experiences min. 2 years. • Experienced machinery automation (PLC, PID, pneumatic and hydraulic system, etc), min. 2 years. • Familiar with strong & weak current, electrical diagram, electronics circuit, panels control. • Able to develop and organize preventive maintenance schedule. • Understand about ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP. • Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry would be advantageous. • English and computer proficiency. • Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work, no color blind. • Willing to work shift. 6. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D) • Female, max. 35 years old. • Bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00. • Experienced in R&D / QC min. 2 years in food industries. • Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP. • Familiar with chemical & microbiological anlysis, calibration, material characteristic. • Likes to do experiments, creative, innovative, and have strong analytical power. • English and computer proficiency, no color blind. • Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner. • Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work. 7. MECHANIC AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY VEHICLE (MAV) • Male, max. 35 years old. • Min. D3 automotive or mechanical from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00. • Good attitude, honest, hardworker, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work under pressure. • Skillful in automotive mechanical and deep knowledge about heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, forklift, etc). • Capable in operating, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, dozer, forklift, etc) and automotive with experiences min. 5 years. 8. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FA) • Female, max. 30 years old. • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00. • Honest, good attitude, analytical and interpersonal skill. • English and computer proficiency. • Posses good comprehension in Accounting system. • Strong knowledge of function of costing, tax, etc. • Accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet standard and special management reports, ensure internal and legal compliances. • Smart, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to deadline. • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
