Office Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Supervising
Receptionist, Drivers and
Office Helpers in day to
day works
Managing the purchase
process of office supplies,
furniture and
consumables
Building and office
management – liaising
with building management
on the fulfillment of
safety, hygiene and
security to ensure good
service & compliance.
Handling office
secretarial and legal
documents including
expat formalities follow
ups.
Managing business
travel bookings for all staff
thru appointed travel
agent and travel insurance
company, including visa
application and other
travel follow ups to ensure
adherence tocompany
travel policy.
Supervising the car
pool, courier & postal
services, and the use of
taxi vouchers.
Checking and
acknowledgement of
incoming letters, office
management related
invoices and corporate
phone bills for payment
process.
Handling office
renovation and redesign
when needed, including
theme seasonal
decoration.
Requirements:
Experience in office
secretarial and general
affairs supervisory is
essential.
Fluent in English verbal
and & written
communication is a must.
Understanding of SOP
on Purchasing and
Environmental Health and
Safety is a plus.
Computer skills
Coordinating skills,
ability to work efficiently
with minimum supervision
