Desktop Publishing Staff - Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose:
- Under the supervision of the Senior Desktop Publishing Staff, to complete graphic design and layout (formatting) projects in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Completes assigned desktop publishing projects in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
- Troubleshoots and problem-solves document or file issues such as fonts, artwork or graphs, etc., and determine best course of action.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Desktop Publishing Department or other company goals and objectives
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Minimum SMK (Graphic Design), preferably D3
- The candidate should be conversant with Ilustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, MSOffice, FrameMaker, PageMaker, QuarkXpress, InDesign and other Desktop Publishing programs.
- Able to handle editing, lay-outing, making of Manual Book, and understand about printing.
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in Desktop Publishing works.
- Having a good passion to work in a team.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates would be a focal point for all departments for servicing their recruitment needs and should have hands on experience in the complete Recruitment Cycle, including advertising job positions, screening and shortlisting competent candidates, planning and conducting interviews in conjunction with other team-members.
- Developing HR training and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Planning, directing and delivering training and development programs including staff inductions, to accomplish the organization’s goals.
- Identifying training and development needs in the organization, design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
- Identifying, developing and implementing effective knowledge management practices that contribute to strategic objectives within organization.
- Bachelor's Degree, Preferably from a languages or psychology background.
- The ideal candidate should have 3 years’ experience of handling Recruitment and Training
- The candidate should be conversant with assessing the trainings needs, planning and conducting training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing knowledge management programs
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Leadership and strong management skills
