Requirements
Educational Requirements
1. Hold a recognized degree in Chemical engineering
Experience
1. Have an experience on process design engineering in the offshore oil and gas industry form minimum of 5 (five) years
Requirements
1. Fluent in Indonesian & English Language (oral & written)
2. Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
a. Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice such as API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, etc.
b. Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
c. Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
d. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
e. Designing of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
f. Safety Analysis and review (HAZID, HAZOP, HAZAN, QRA, FERA, Blowdown, Pressure Relieve, etc)
g. Process Equipment Sizing
h. Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
i. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
