Jakarta International School (JIS) is seeking an Operation and Events Manager to effectively manage the delivery of JIS events and functions and manage the day – to – day operations of the Events Division.
The position is responsible for the overall planning and management process for all events.
Qualified candidates should have an extensive experience with events and operations with strong technical expertise and have Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major. Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in Indonesian and English, knowledge of safe working practices. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, have strong qualities of leadership and decisiveness. Experience in the management of large Events and or large Venues. (experience with International Schools would be desirable) Capacity to work extended hours in the successful delivery of events.
