Cluster Manager (CM)
Jakarta Raya - Head Office

Responsibilities:
• To plan and ensure the achievement of business targets in Unit • Ensure appropriate budget management in the business unit to meet the standards of the company (sales, credit, operations, collection, HR and financial) through periodic coaching and structured unit
• Authority approved the filing of appropriate credit given BWMK limit for individual customers
• Build a reputation Danamon Savings and Loans in the cluster
• Manage the marketing planning / marketing brand Danamon Savings and Loans
• Managing the Bank in the cluster network expansion
• Build relationships with local authorities
• Responsible for managing and developing employees in Cluster and Unit to support business needs

Requirements:
• Education S1 (all majors)
• Minimum of 5 years as head of sales branches in several branches of the banking business / finance other with a good track record
• Have an understanding of the micro business
• Have a strong knowledge of the business plan, business operation
• Honest, trustworthy
• Have a high energy level
• Have a high work standards
• Have good interpersonal skills and adaptable to diverse cultural air like
• Have good negotiation skills
• Focus on the customer
• Have strong leadership, able to build a successful team, is able to create a program for the development of the team in accordance with the direction of the business
• Able to conduct coaching and mentoring
• Strong communication and presentation were very good
• All areas Business Danamon Savings and Loans
