
Lowongan Posisi : CSO (Client Service Officer) for Corporate Banking
Lokasi : Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Assisting RM in handling the transaction and maintain service excellent
- Ensure client transactions are served within SLA
- Liaise with other related departments/units
- Manage and monitor Exceptional handling
- Record complaint and assist RMs in responding customers’ queries/complaint
Follow up completion of documents as well as supporting documents from customers related to transaction or accounts
- Follow up and perform call for matured facility and fixed deposits
- Adherence of the new internal and external policies, DOA and SOP
- Ensure all necessary reports are recorded and submitted timely
Requirements:
- Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position available.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Easy going with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work fast and under pressure
- Familliar with excel program and numbers
